    Instructions说明

    在左栏中输入信息,选择合适的选项,然后点击 "Calculate计算"。评估腹肌和髋部屈肌群肌肉耐力。Enter information in left column; select appropriate menus. Click "Calculate". Evaluates abdominal and hip flexor muscular endurance.

    受测者在60秒钟内尽可能完成最多的屈膝仰卧起坐动作。如果受测者不能继续可以休息。测试前可以尝试一两个动作。见动画。
    Subject performs as many bent knee sit-ups as possible within 60 seconds. Subject can rest between reps if unable to sit-up continuously. Subject should be encouraged to perform one or two trial repetitions before test. See animation.

      • 由同伴或者用器材固定双脚feet anchored by partner or apparatus
      • 膝关节弯曲90度knees bent 90°
      • 双手互扣抱头hands clasped behind neck
      • 测试时用肘部去超越或接触膝关节elbows travel beyond or make contact with knees
      • 背部和肩部要回触地面 back of shoulders must return to floor

    如果动作结构变形测试结果无效。Test results may be invalidated if form is altered.

    此针对腹肌和髋部屈肌群的耐力测试评估适用于成年人。Evaluates abdominal and hip flexor endurance for adults.
